Each year, Springhead volunteers 400+ hours to give back to our community and make a positive impact across the globe. While our primary focus is on global poverty alleviation and disaster relief, we offer pro bono strategy, leadership, executive coaching and technology services to startups, non-profits and ministries.

International Poverty Alleviation & Disaster Relief
Shortly after the devastating 2010 earthquake, Springhead helped lead the Salvation Army's disaster relief efforts in Haiti. A team of 13 Americans overcame cultural and language barriers to build a small business that constructed over 600 shelters – all within a period of 6 weeks. Not only were we able to provide shelter for numerous families, but we were able to teach life skills and provide work to 250+ men and women. Offshoots from this small business are still operating today.

Our team has been involved with numerous missions organizations focused on spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. We love to help with leadership coaching and strategy as well as "feet on the ground" missions trips. We have been involved in Haiti, Ecuador, Mexico, Thailand and Laos.
